Women

When I first searched for information on women and anxiety, the statistic that stood out was that women are twice as likely as men to develop an anxiety disorder. While that might feel discouraging, it’s unfortunately not surprising. As a woman—and more recently as a new mother navigating infertility, postpartum challenges, and the massive changes that come with motherhood—I’m more passionate than ever about supporting other women. We face unique pressures, whether at home, in our careers, or in the high expectations we place on ourselves. With the right support, we can address these women's mental health issues, navigate our challenges, relieve the overwhelm, and reclaim our sense of calm and control. Together, we can explore effective coping strategies and foster resilience in the face of anxiety.
